Outreach Needs
Our Street Outreach Team works with those living on the street or in encampments to connect them with the housing and other services. This process may be lengthy as our case managers work to gain their trust. Essential supplies help keep these vulnerable San Antonians healthy while we work to get them into safe and stable shelter.
